PrintShop4Me FZE (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides shipping across the following countries:
United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Egypt, Jordan.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, production timelines for personalized products, shipping methods, delivery times, and related conditions.
By placing an order on printshop4me.ae, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Order Processing Time
2.1 Handmade & Personalized Products
Most of our products are handmade and customized, requiring additional production time.
Production Time: 15 to 25 business days
Production begins only after:
Your order is confirmed
Your artwork/design details are submitted
Full payment is received
Please note:
Production time may vary depending on product type and order volume
During peak seasons (Eid, Ramadan, Christmas, New Year), additional delays may occur
3. Shipping Locations
3.1 United Arab Emirates (UAE)
We deliver to all Emirates:
Dubai
Abu Dhabi
Sharjah
Ajman
Ras Al Khaimah
Fujairah
Umm Al Quwain
3.2 GCC Countries
We deliver to:
United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Egypt, Jordan.
Note: International shipments may require additional customs clearance time.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
4.1 UAE Delivery
Estimated delivery time including production:
15–25 business days within the UAE
Remote areas may require 1–3 additional days
4.2 GCC Delivery
Estimated delivery time after production:
3–7 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
4.3 Delays
Delivery times may vary due to:
Weather conditions
Courier delays
High-volume seasons (Eid, Ramadan, Christmas, New Year)
Customs inspections
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs authorities.
5. Shipping Fees
5.1 For Dubai Orders
FREE shipping for orders above AED 100
AED 30 flat rate for orders below AED 100
No weight-based charges apply within the UAE
For UAE Order
- For UAE other than Dubai Flat Shipping Rate 30AED
5.2 GCC Orders
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product checkout
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A shipping confirmation email
Tracking information (may take up to 24 hours to update)
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.
If the address was entered incorrectly:
Contact us immediately at info@printshop4me.ae
If the order has not shipped, we can update the address
If already shipped, re-delivery charges may apply
Orders lost due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds
8. Undeliverable Orders
Orders may be marked undeliverable due to:
Wrong or incomplete address
Customer unavailable at delivery
Refusal to accept the package
Courier unable to reach the location
In such cases:
Redelivery fees may apply
Refunds are not issued for personalized items that return undelivered
Additional shipping charges apply for redelivery
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
9.1 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
A replacement will be issued after assessment
9.2 Lost Shipments
For courier-confirmed lost packages:
We will replace or refund the order depending on product availability
10. International Customs & Duties (GCC Orders)
For shipments outside the UAE:
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in product price
These charges are the customer’s responsibility
Customs delays are beyond our control
