Scope of Customization
Our team focuses on the main look of the character. We customize hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, and simple poses. We can also add basic accessories. These details give each figure personality and charm. However, very complex items may not work well in brick form. For example, detailed hand held objects or complex gestures can be hard to recreate. Even so, we always try our best to match your photo within the limits of building blocks.
We do not create large decorations. Items such as tables, chairs, musical instruments, or big background objects are not included. This keeps the focus on the person. It also helps the design stay balanced and neat.
Size and Material
We measure the size based on a person standing from head to toe. This size does not show the height of someone sitting or lying down. We follow the standing model to keep each figure proportional.
Material: ABS Eco friendly plastic. This material is strong and safe. It supports fine details and keeps the structure firm. It also helps the colors stay bright over time.
Refund Policy
We make each figure specially for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns after production starts. However, you can request a refund right after placing the order if we have not started the design yet. Please contact us quickly for any changes.
