Please upload clear, front-facing, full-body images with no obstructions. In addition, choose photos with bright colors or simple patterns, as these details help us capture features more accurately. Because of this, our team can recreate your figure in a more detailed and visually appealing way.
Customization Scope
We customize important features such as hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, and standard accessories. Moreover, we include simple poses and natural standing positions to match your reference image. However, we cannot fully recreate complex accessories, detailed hand-held items, or advanced gestures. Instead, we adapt these elements within the structure of building blocks to achieve the best possible result.
We also do not include large decorative items in the final design. For example, tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals will not be part of the production. This allows us to maintain a clean and focused figure design.
Size and Material
We measure the figure based on its full standing height from head to toe. We do not consider sitting or lying positions when determining size. Therefore, all figures follow a standard upright format.
We use ABS eco-friendly material to create each figure. This material ensures durability, safety, and a smooth finish. As a result, your Brick Figure remains strong and long-lasting.
Refund Policy
Each Brick Figure is a customized product made specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot resell it once completed, so returns are not available.
If you request a refund before we start the design or production process, we will provide a full refund. However, if you request a refund after we begin the design, we will offer only a 50% refund. Once we start production, we cannot provide any refund or accept returns.
