Customization Scope and Details
We offer multiple customization options to match the character’s appearance. You can personalize hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, simple accessories, and basic poses. Our team carefully studies your photo to recreate these details as accurately as possible. This approach ensures that each Brick Me Figure feels unique and personal.
However, due to the structure of building blocks, very complex accessories or gestures may not appear exactly the same. Items such as handheld tools or detailed poses may have slight differences. Even so, we always try to restore as much detail as possible within the design limits. In addition, we do not include large decorative elements like tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals. This allows us to focus on the figure itself for better accuracy.
Size and Material Information
The size of the Brick Me Figure represents the height of the person in a standing position from head to toe. It does not represent the height when sitting or lying down. This keeps the design consistent and well-balanced.
We use ABS eco-friendly material to create each figure. The material is strong, smooth, and safe, making it ideal for long-term use and display.
Custom Product and Refund Policy
Since each item is custom-made, we produce it specially for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns after completion.
If you request a refund before design starts, you will receive a full refund. If you request it after design begins, we provide a 50% refund. Once production starts, refunds or returns are not available.
