Even so, we always try our best to restore as many details as possible within the limits of building blocks. This approach helps keep the design neat and visually appealing.
Size and Material
The size represents the stature of a person standing from head to toe. It does not reflect the actual height while sitting or lying down. Therefore, the measurement follows the standing model used in the design process to maintain proper proportion.

Refund Policy
This product is fully customized and made specially for each customer. Because of this, it cannot be returned after production since it cannot be resold. However, if you request a refund before design starts, we can process a full refund. If you request a refund after design has started, only 50% refund will be available. If production has already started, refunds or returns will not be possible.
