Since we craft each piece to order, we don’t accept returns after production starts. However, if you cancel before we begin, we’ll issue a full refund without delay.
Because this product is a customized item, it is specially and uniquely made. Therefore, once sold, it cannot be returned to be resold again.
- If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and the design and production has not started yet, a refund will be available.
- If you request a refund “AFTER” design has started, only 50% refund will be available.
