Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

At printshop4me.ae, we specialize in producing customized and personalized products created specifically based on the artwork, photos, and details you provide. Due to Custom made products most products are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
This policy explains when returns are accepted, how they are processed, and what customers can expect.


2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Items eligible for return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged products
    (e.g., printing errors, manufacturing defects, breakage during delivery)

  • Incorrect item received
    (e.g., wrong product type, wrong size, wrong design delivered)

If one of the above conditions applies, you may request a replacement or a refund.

2.2 Conditions for return acceptance

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as:

    • Order confirmation

    • Receipt

    • Order ID

  • You must submit the request within 1 days of delivery


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Because our products are custom-made, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized items created using customer-provided images, text, or designs

  • Products that have been used, washed, installed, or altered

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Orders where incorrect artwork/photos were uploaded by the customer

  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team


4. Refund Policy

4.1 When refunds are issued

Refunds are provided only if:

  • The item is confirmed defective

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • A replacement cannot be offered or delivered

4.2 Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 3–7 working days (bank processing times may vary).

4.3 Non-refundable costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item)


5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request:

  1. Contact us at info@printshop4me.ae

  2. Include the following information:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product (defect / damage / incorrect item)

  3. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, we will provide the return instructions

  5. After receiving the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome

  6. If approved, the refund or replacement will be processed immediately


6. Exchanges

We only exchange items that are:

  • Defective, or

  • Damaged, or

  • Incorrectly delivered

Exchanges cannot be made for:

  • Different designs

  • Different photos

  • Different colors

  • Different sizes

  • New customization requests

Because all products are produced on demand, replacement is only offered for the exact same item originally ordered.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected time:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary

  3. If you still cannot locate the refund, contact us at:

8. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • If the return is due to our mistake (defective/damaged/incorrect item), we will cover or reimburse the return shipping cost

  • Original shipping charges cannot be refunded
