3. Personalized Products

We specialize in personalized and custom-made products. You are responsible for ensuring:

• All uploaded images, text, and design files are correct

• You have legal rights to use any content you provide

• Spelling, names, dates, and details are accurate

We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer.

4. Ordering Process

4.1 Order Placement

Orders may be placed by selecting a product, providing personalization details, and completing payment.

4.2 Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4.3 Production and Shipping

• Production time varies by product type.

• Shipping times depend on the location and chosen shipping method.

• Personalized items are made to order and begin production shortly after confirmation.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

• All prices are listed in AED.

• Prices may change at any time without notice.

• Taxes, duties, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

5.2 Payment

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods.

• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

• We do not store credit card or payment information.

6. Order Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this period, the order may have already entered production and cannot be canceled.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds are only offered in the following cases:

• The product is defective

• The product is damaged upon arrival

• The product received is incorrect due to our error

Because our products are personalized and made to order, refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind

• Customer-provided errors (e.g., wrong image, spelling mistake)

• Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer

7. Product Quality and Variations

We make every effort to represent designs accurately.
However, due to printing and material differences:

• Slight color variations may occur

• Design placement may vary slightly

• Material texture and finish may vary between batches

These minor variations do not qualify as defects.

8. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree NOT to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes

• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content

• Attempt to breach website security

• Use automation, bots, or scraping tools without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these conditions.
