However, we cannot fully replicate complex accessories, detailed hand-held items, or advanced gestures. Instead, we simplify these elements and adapt them within the structure of building blocks. We do not include large decorative items in the production. For example, tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals are not part of the final design. This keeps the focus on the character itself and ensures a clean appearance.
Size and Material
We measure the figure based on its full standing height from head to toe. We do not consider sitting or lying positions when determining size. As a result, all figures follow a standard upright format.

Refund Policy
Each Brick Figure is a customized product made specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot resell it after completion, so returns are not accepted.
If you request a refund before we begin the design or production process, we will provide a full refund. However, if you request a refund after the design process has started, we will provide only a 50% refund. Once production begins, we cannot offer any refund or return.
