Size and Material
We measure the figure based on the full standing height from head to toe. We do not consider sitting or lying positions when determining size. As a result, all figures follow a standard upright design.
We use ABS eco-friendly material to produce each figure. This material provides strength, durability, and a smooth finish. In addition, it ensures safe handling and long-lasting quality.
Refund Policy
We create each Brick Figure as a unique customized item. Because of this, we cannot resell it after completion, so returns are not accepted.
If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and before we start the design or production process, we will provide a full refund. However, if you request a refund after the design stage has started, we will provide only a 50% refund. Once we begin production, we cannot offer any refund or return.
Assembly Note
We package Brick Figures and scene accessories separately. Therefore, we provide assembly instructions with your order. Please follow the instructions carefully after receiving the items.
