Currently, Duddu supports one skin color option for Brick Figure, which is Light Nougat, as shown in the main product image. This option keeps the overall look clean and consistent. Please note that facial hair, such as beards or mustaches, cannot be customized at this time. However, we are working on adding more skin tone options in the future to improve personalization.

The design process starts with selecting the right photo. Upload a clear, full-body, front-facing image without any cover or obstruction. This helps our designers capture accurate details and proportions. Choose photos where the person wears bright colors or patterned clothing, as these improve visibility and make the final figure more vibrant. As a result, the Brick Figure looks more lively and closer to real life.
Customization Scope and Details
You can customize key features such as hairstyle, facial expression, and simple accessories. Our team carefully studies your photo and recreates these elements to match the original appearance. This ensures each figure feels personal and unique.
However, the brick structure limits very complex accessories. Items like detailed props or special gestures may not appear exactly the same. Even then, we always try to deliver the best possible result within the design limits.
Size and Material Information
The size of the Brick Figure represents the height of the person in a standing position from head to toe. It does not reflect sitting or lying height. This keeps the design balanced and consistent.
We use ABS eco-friendly material to produce each figure. The material is smooth, safe, and durable, making it suitable for long-term display and use.

Since this is a customized product, we create each piece uniquely. Therefore, we do not accept returns after completion.
If you request a refund before design starts, we offer a full refund. After design begins, we provide a 50% refund. Once production starts, refunds or returns are not available.
All Brick Figures and accessories are packed separately, and we include instructions for easy assembly after delivery.
