However, we cannot fully replicate highly complex accessories, detailed hand-held items, or advanced gestures. Instead, we adapt these elements within the limits of the building block structure.
We also exclude large decorative elements from production. For example, we do not include tables, chairs, musical instruments, or animals. This approach keeps the focus on the character and ensures a clean final design.
Size and Material
We measure the figure based on full standing height from head to toe. We do not base the size on sitting or lying positions. Therefore, every figure follows a standard upright format.
We use ABS eco-friendly material to produce each figure. This material provides strength, durability, and a smooth finish. As a result, your Brick Figure remains long-lasting and safe to handle.
Refund Policy
We create each product as a unique customized item, so we cannot resell it after completion. For this reason, we do not accept returns once production finishes.
You can request a full refund if you cancel your order before we start the design or production process. However, if you request a refund after we begin the design, we will provide only a 50% refund. Once we start production, we cannot offer any refund or return.
