Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Uniform Tailoring and Embroidery Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tailoring uniforms to fit clients perfectly and adding custom embroidery designs. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and proficiency in tailoring and embroidery techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tailor uniforms to meet specific measurements and client requirements.
• Operate embroidery machines to add logos, names, and custom designs to uniforms.
• Ensure all embroidery work is precise and meets the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Perform quality checks on completed uniforms to ensure they meet company and client standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot tailoring and embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep detailed records of client orders, measurements, and customization details.
• Manage inventory of tailoring and embroidery supplies, ordering new materials as needed.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tailoring and embroidery, preferably in a uniform or garment setting.
• Proficiency with sewing machines, embroidery machines, and related equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret design specifications and measurements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Knowledge of different fabrics and materials used in uniforms is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating tailoring and embroidery machines.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Good vision and hand-eye coordination for detailed work.
